I've just placed an order! When should I expect to receive it? 

We process orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. We use both Sendle and Australia Post on all Australian orders. Once you receive a dispatch notification, you will be able to track your parcel. 

How do I check on my order?
We’ll send you an email with a link to your tracking info once your goodies have been despatched. Link not working? Don’t worry! Just shoot an email to shop@gorgeoussoles and they'll give you detailed tracking info.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you want to change your order please email shop@gorgeoussoles with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our customer services team may have already sent it out. 

Oh no! My item is not quite right - what should I do? 
We are so sorry to hear! Please email shop@gorgeoussoles as soon as possible to obtain a RA Number. Please note, you can find our refund policy here. *insert refund policy link* 

What payment methods does Gorgelous Soles accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.

What about refunds and returns and stuff?

Am I able to exchange an online item in one of your stores?
Yes (and no!) if you purchased an item using a debit/credit card, gift voucher or credit note you can pop into one of our stores to complete your exchange. All AfterPay orders can only be exchanged via our online store. Our boutique is not able to process exchanges or action credit notes for items purchased via this carrier. For smooth and easy exchanges we do ask you email us before visiting one of our stores so we have all relevant information ready.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we do not have the capacity to offer international shipping. If you have any questions regarding this please email shop@gorgeoussoles.
