Orders will be processed within 3 days of receiving order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent via Australia post only.

We’ll send you an email with a link to your tracking info once your goodies have been despatched. Link not working? Don’t worry! Just shoot an email to shop@gorgeoussoles and they'll give you detailed tracking info.

If you want to change your order please email shop@gorgeoussoles or call +61 482 640 691 with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our customer services team may have already sent it out.

Yes (and no!) if you purchased an item using a debit/credit card, gift voucher or credit note you can pop into one of our stores to complete your exchange. All AfterPay orders can only be exchanged via our online store. Our boutique is not able to process exchanges or action credit notes for items purchased via this carrier. For smooth and easy exchanges we do ask you email us before visiting one of our stores so we have all relevant information ready.
