We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on most full price & reduced merchandise if you change your mind, we just ask that you keep the following time frames in mind when purchasing.
- Full price items, may be returned/exchanged within 14 days.
- Sale Items must be returned/exchanged within 7 days.
Returns of online purchases will incur the same time frames with all returns and exchanges.
All merchandise returned for a refund/exchange within these timeframes, must also adhere to the following:
- All items must be accompanied with the corresponding proof of purchase.
- The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused & in original condition with all tags attached and intact.
- Discounts applied at point of sale will continue to apply for a refund.
- Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to return earrings, hats, sleepwear or underwear if you change your mind, so please choose these items carefully.
If your purchase is faulty, we are happy to offer you a repair firstly, and then failing this, it is your right to ask for a replacement item, store credit or refund.
Keeping in mind that even products returned under the guarantee, need proof of purchase and be within a reasonable timeframe. All products need to be taken into the store, and no decision will be made via telephone or email.
If a product has been purchased at a discount due to a known fault, it is unable to be returned for that specific fault.
- Lay-by is for a minimum of 6 weeks
- Regular weekly/fortnightly repayments must be made
- 20% deposit
- Lay-bys may be cancelled within 14 days for full price items and 7 days for sale items. If you change your mind, cancelling outside of these time frames may incur 10% fee.
