Returns Policy
At Gorgeous Soles, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit on eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
This policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude or limit those rights.
Change of Mind Returns
Full price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Sale items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Online purchases are subject to the same return timeframes as in store purchases.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Unworn, unused and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached and intact
- Returned within the applicable 14-day or 7-day timeframe specified above.
- In original packaging where applicable
Discounts applied at the time of purchase will continue to apply to refunds or exchanges.
Items sent back without first contacting us regarding the return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as Gorgeous Soles cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
Non Returnable Items & Exceptions
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges on:
- Earrings
- Hats
- Sleepwear
- Underwear
We also cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom ordered products
- Items purchased at a discount due to a disclosed fault, for that specific known fault

Faulty Items & Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If your item is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality or differs significantly from its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue and whether the fault is major or minor.
Where possible, we will first assess whether a repair or replacement is appropriate before proceeding with other remedies.
Fault claims require:
- Proof of purchase
- Assessment within a reasonable timeframe after purchase
- The item to be returned for inspection where necessary
Products purchased at a discounted price due to a disclosed fault cannot be returned for that specific known fault.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if your item appears faulty, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To assess faulty items accurately, products may need to be physically inspected and cannot always be determined via telephone or email.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive another item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a separate order for the replacement item.
Exchanges remain subject to stock availability.
Refund Processing
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Restocking fee: There are no additional restocking fees
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Gorgeous Soles cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
