At Gorgeous Soles, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new pieces sooner.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently offer the following shipping options across Australia:

Free Standard Shipping
Available on orders over $150 AUD within Australia.

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout and is available for eligible orders where shipping rates are under $20.

Standard Shipping
Flat rate: $15 AUD
Estimated delivery: 5 to 8 business days

Express Shipping
Flat rate: $25 AUD
Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, peak periods, weather events or delays within the Australia Post network.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

During busy periods including sales events, new arrivals, promotions and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

In Store Pickup

Free in store pickup is available from:

You will receive notification once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before visiting the store.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to:

New Zealand
Flat rate: $30 AUD

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted shipping providers, Gorgeous Soles cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post or courier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Customs processing delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible:

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that parcels may be left in a safe place where permitted by the delivery carrier. Gorgeous Soles is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered.

If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
