The mediation spinning ring is handcrafted from solid sterling silver with solid brass and bronze spinning bands. Available in three sizes: S, M and L. 
This ring is part of our Natural Soul collection. Spinning rings have been used for centuries to aid anxiety and soothe away stress. The repetitive motion of the spinning bands help uplift the wearer whilst at the same time bringing comfort and promoting mental balance. You can also thread this on one of our long sterling silver chains, in either 80, 90 or 95cm lengths, to wear as a necklace and spin the rings between your fingers.
